Rome NY – On Wednesday, August 16th at 4 pm, a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Rome & Greater Utica Chambers will be held to celebrate the rehabilitation of 103 West Court Street and the opening of C & D Advertising’s new office space. After years of vacancy, the building has been completely remodeled to become a modern office space for multiple business tenants. Currently, the tenants include C & D Advertising, One Nine Photography, Brillante Enterprises LLC & Roman Cleaning Service with a suite that is 1,200 square feet available to lease.
The Downtown Revitalization Grant from The City of Rome, NY, and a grant from National Grid’s Main Street Revitalization Program were instrumental in helping to fund the project. With the grant funds and owner equity, 103 West Court Street was transformed into an inviting and functional office space by Jenn & Chris Brillante. The new home of C & D Advertising offers state-of-the-art photography, videography, and audio production suites, allowing them to collaborate with local, regional, and national businesses to create cutting-edge marketing production for their clients.
“We are excited to open this modern office space and to play a small part in the revitalization of Rome,” said Chris Brillante, co-owner of 103 West Court Street. “It is our vision that this location will become a creative hub within the Historic District of Rome.”
